Direct Clarity Mailer is committed to preventing unsolicited email (a.k.a. "Spam"). All list owners must agree to the Terms and Conditions of this service.
Every email message that is sent from a Direct Clarity Mailer account includes a link to unsubscribe from the list that originated the message. You can simply click on that link to view the information that is collected about you including the date and time that you signed up (or when the list owner uploaded your name from their existing list). That link also has an "Unsubscribe" button that you can click on to be removed from that list.
Our systems verify that an "unsubscribe tag" is included in every outgoing message which corresponds to the recipient's email address. If the message in question does not have an unsubscribe link, it did not originate from Direct Clarity Mailer. You can verify this by viewing the detailed header information in the message and doing a reverse DNS look up.
If you believe you have received spam and found Direct Clarity Mailer by doing a search on Google or another search engine and clicked on our listing, you were viewing an advertisement for our email list management services. This is completely unrelated to the email that you received. You should contact abuse@<domain name of the company who sent you email>.
To report any abuse or violations of the Direct Clarity Mailer service, please send email to abuse@directclarity.com and attach an unedited copy that you feel was sent to you in error or without your permission. Include all message header information so that we can trace origin of the message. Also include any notes or other information that you feel are pertinent.
All list owners must agree to the Terms and Conditions of this service which clearly state that sending unsolicited email (spam) is strictly prohibited. Violators will be dealt with according to the Terms and Conditions.
